Uproar is a local city wide movement in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that was launched out of two churches currently experiencing revival... Limitless Church in Dallas and Southside City Church in Fort Worth. Our passion is to awaken a generation of leaders to worship and prayer.
We are passionate to see college campuses and cities won by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We will do this through our revival nights, conferences, leadership advances, outreach, missions and planting new college ministries, as well as a local church experience.
Our focus is to be the expression of the heart of God to local communities.
We exist to raise up, equip, and mobilize a generation to serve fearlessly, believe audaciously, and love relentlessly.
To share the love of Jesus with the world. We see a church filled with people who are fearless in advancing Heaven's agenda on earth, audacious in their pursuit of the impossible and relentless in their love for the lost.
The vision for Uproar was planted in the heart of Pastor John Tate in the spring of 2014. His closest cousin, Christopher Mitchell, planted Kingdom M'Powerment (KMP), which is a college church on campus at Bowling Green State University. Many said that a college church at BGSU would not be successful, but God had the last word.
Since it's conception, KMP has seen hundreds of students give their lives to Christ and is drawing more than 700 students to its weekly Sunday afternoon encounter.
In 2014, John came on board to assist Chris with the growth and vision of KMP. John’s heart was set on fire by what God was doing through KMP and was given a vision to reach students and young adults in his local city of Fort Worth, TX.
